Returns

Policy

We only offer refunds for items that arrive damaged. If your order arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to Request a Return

Include photos if the item is damaged.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
